| 8/21 New! Post recent PTA appeal documents. 5/4 Make a post-hearing page. 4/20 The Second open hearing at NY supreme court was held, taking 2 straiight hours. The judge declared the end of hearing from both parties, and she will give a judgement sometime later. 4/17 NY Attorney of General submitted their affidavit to the court, saying PTA should be permitted to be heard in opposition. 4/17 JEI submited their final claim to the court. 4/10 PTA submitted its last objections againstt the school-sale paln to the NY supreme court. 4/3 JEI submitted its reply against the PTA objections of 3/29 to the court. 3/29 First open hearing at NY supreme court. PTA submitted its objections to the JEI school-sale plan. The judge made no approval for the JEI plan this day, and decided to postpone it until 4/20. The 3/30 contract closing expected by JEI and WFHA turned to make it impossible until the second hearing date. 3/3 WFHA hosted a lunchon party. The number of attendees from GJS PTA was three. 2/21 JEI submitted its reply against the PTA objections of 1/17 to AG. 1/17 PTA submitted its objections against the JEI school-sale plan to NY Attorney of General. |
