Eastleigh moved to their current ground at Ten Acres in 1957 and have steadily improved the facilities ever since.
The Grand? Stand which seats 200 people, runs along one the side of the pitch and was erected in 1971. The full floodlight system was unveiled in 1975.

The best part of the ground is the playing surface which rates amongst one of the best surfaces in non league football. During the close season last year the club spent an other 10,000 to improve the drainage and as a result did not have a single postponement last season due to the weather. In fact it is not unusual for Ten Acres to be the only ground in the area  to be playable in inclimate weather. Its high standards are recognized by the fact that it hosts many representative games and local Cup finals.

Entrance to the ground is on Stoneham lane, just a 2 minute drive from the M27. From the train station and the centre of the town it is a 25 minute walk.

The club are in the process of applying for planning permission to replace the existing stand with a new cantilever structure which will also house the changing rooms and club offices, but are hitting the same obstacles that Southampton FC failed to clear when they were planning their new stadium in the same area. The last set of plans were rejected at Government level because the club is situated in the green belt area which separates Eastleigh and Southampton.

It is hoped that the revised plans will satisfy all concerns and will be passed and the building of the new structure will commence at the end of next season.

It is planned that in order to satisfy the increased attendances in The Southern League the club will have a club shop in place by the start of the season and catering will be franchised out.
