Fairyosity

Warning: This is possibly the most cringe-worthy page on the whole of giveusdiamonds! But deleting it would be like deleting our past, so prepare yourselves...

Fairies rock full stop. Anyone who disagrees must be a gremlin, a fairy-hater. Nevertheless, there will always be haters wesays. The story behind gremlins and fairies is as follows....

Once upon a time gremlins were smooth-skinned, pretty, sparkly creatures and they and fairies were close friends... but one day, at twilight, a beautiful, caring, magical fairy called Bramble Moontree was collecting the dew of the moonlight to make eggnogg. Eggnogg, as we all know, has magical healing properties and Bramble was making it to nurse a baby firefly back to health. However, Trumpet, a naughty bad bad bad gremlin with a drinking problem was lurking in the cottonbushes and stole Bramble's precious eggnogg and guzzle guzzle gone! Bramble was shocked and upset, the sun was coming up and there was no longer moonlight dewiness meaning no eggnogg for our poor, suffering baby firefly so it lost its glow and sadly, perished. Trumpet simply hiccupped, laughed and blacked out. Magical Bramble cursed all gremlins with lumps and bumps, grey-green skin and loss of sparkle. The End.


Within the fairy kingdomdom live the: fairies, pixies, sprites (quote Angela, "the one from the Sprite ad who can't take his chillies!!! I just wanna hug him!!"), goblins, gnomes, elves, leprechauns, imps, kelpies, ghillie-dhus and bwbackhods (many thanks to Lucinda's Brownie Handbook).

Fairyish Encounters:

  • Mr Urdu: Angela's invisible bald munchkin friend, also occasional sex-slave to whomever will have him.
  • Angela dressed up as a princess with ringlets when she was little.
  • Lucinda dressing up as a fairy princess when she was little (aww bless!)
  • Lucinda was also the leader of the Sprites in Brownies!
  • Angela dressing up as a grungey fairy at Halloween 2002.
  • Charlie wearing half of Angela's costume (note from Lu-which, while we're at it, happened to be MY fairy wings) and chasing Spencer around the daisy field for a smooch.
  • A Midsummer Night's Dream play at GGS: Lucinda was Blossom, half a fairy.
  • Fancy-dress party at Jo's: Angela and Lu were bad fairies >=)


    This is an unfinished Fairy Song by Lucinda and Angela that will never be finished because it was a result of drunk, hyperdom and it's not quite Number 1 material...
