| I know loads of people are waiting for news on videos, vcd's and films that they want to see or have, thus I am posting this message. In the early hours of Aug 26th 2003 I posted this message regaurding problems with all video editing: 'ARGH! You spend 4 hours trying to edit a 5 min clip and you'd be pretty pissed off if the programme you were using still wasn't working! Sorry to everyone, but your in for a long wait until the back-log of VCD's awaiting release are out of Editing and Production! I know, I'm just as annoyed, it's not nice having un-edited rushes cluttering up your room! As a guide, here are reviewed OPTIMISTIC release dates: (These dates apply to VHS releases too). A Week In France 2002: September 2003. - The weeks antics on CD1, and 'Over Five Nights', out-takes & Pics on CD2. 4 Play 2003: Winter 2003. - 2CD's, All 4 short plays & behind the scenes footage. Frigby 2003: Winter 2003. - 1CD, cut version of Frigby 2003. Bit's N Bob's of Roehampton: Jan/Feb 2004. - 1 CD, random filmed bit's of Roehampton in 2002/2003 - Rock & Dave/Josh and Co @ Belfry, Preparing for Frigby, 'Check My Lyrics' etc. A Week In Spain 2003: Spring 2004. - 2CD's, week's antics and pics on CD1, 'I do believe we do', 'Saddam In Spain', out-takes & pics on CD2. Another Week In France 2003: TBA. Greece 2002 @ Ipsos,Corfu VCD Edition/Italy 2001 VCD Edition/ Chasing Butterflies X-Rated VCD Edition/Fear and Misery In TS1 VCD Edition/ Dawn of 2002 VCD Edition/All other releases: TBA.' It has since become clear that the Dazzle programme to be used to edit these films WILL NEVER WORK. Having visited the on-line message board for this programme, and having seen every message contain the words 'help', 'waste of money/time' or 'I give up', I too have given up. It'll take a while before I can afford any other *decent* editing programme having wasted far too much time and money on Dazzle products. As a result ALL RELEASES have been cancelled until further notice. Sorry... but your probably half as pissed off as I am. Old Releases currently available on VHS ONLY: Italy 2001 Uncut, 66 mins approx, including 'unseen footage'. Chashing Butterflies X-Rated, 72 mins approx. Dawn of 2002, 106 mins approx. Fear and Misery in TS1, 109 mins approx. Greece 2002 @ Ipsos, Corfu, TEMPORARILY UNAVAILABLE. |
