 IMPORTANT REMINDERS

 CHECKIN
 Standard opening of check-in desks is 2 hours prior to scheduled
 Departure Ryanair recommends that passengers check in two hours
 prior to scheduled departure. Check-in desks close strictly 40 minutes
 before scheduled departure. We reserve the right
 to cancel your reservation without refund if do not comply with the
 check in deadline.
 BOARDING
 Ryanair operates a priority boarding system, which allows you to
 choose your own seat once you are on board the aircraft (subject
 to certain exceptions).When you check in you will be given a
 numbered boarding card, so the earlier you check in, the earlier
 you will be normally allowed to board.You should aim to be at the
 boarding gate at least 30 minutes prior to departure.
 Boarding closes 10 minutes prior to departure. Passengers
 arriving late to the boarding gate will not be accepted for travel. We
 reserve the right to cancel your reservation, without refund, in such
 circumstances.   Should you wish to travel on a later flight, you
 will be required to purchase a new reservation at the applicable fare.
 FLIGHT CANCELLATION/SCHEDULE CHANGES
 All monies paid (including taxes, fees and charges) are non-refundable
 -except in circumstances where Ryanair cancels a flight.
 If flights are cancelled by Ryanair and no suitable alternative
 flight is available, we will refund all monies paid in respect of
 the cancelled flight in accordance with our General Conditions of
 Carriage. Ryanair does not provide meal vouchers or hotel accommodation
 for delayed or cancelled flights at any time.
 Passengers who book well in advance should reconfirm their
 outward/return flight timings between 24 and 72 hours prior to
 departure.
 FLIGHT AND NAME CHANGES
 Reservations are valid for travel for one year from date of
 purchase.  Route changes are not permitted on any reservation.
 Flight dates and times are changeable subject to availability
 and upon payment of a change fee of »15/€22 (or local currency
 equivalent) via Ryanair.com and »20/€30 (or local currency equivalent)
 through Ryanair Reservation Centres, per flight sector and per person.
 you will be charged the difference in price between the original fare paid
 and the lowest available fare for the new booking at the time.
 If the available fare is lower on the new flight, no refund will
 be made.  Flight dates and times are changeable on Ryanair.com
 up to 12 hours prior to scheduled flight departure
 and up to 3 hours prior to scheduled departure through our reservation centres
 (subject to reservation centre opening hours).  "Internet/Web only"
 fares will not be available as the lowest available fare for any
 change made through the reservation centre
 Names of passengers may be changed up to 3 hours prior to scheduled
 Departure (subject to reservation centres opening hours) but only
 upon payment of a change fee of »17/€25 (or local currency equivalent)
 per person. In addition if there is a difference between the original
 fare paid and the current fare available at the time the change is
 made, the customer will be liable for the increase in fare. For
 your information,if the flight is full the highest applicable fare
 will apply for the fare difference calculation. The same passenger
 name must be used for all flights within a booking.
 INCAPACITATED PASSENGERS
 For safety reasons Ryanair will carry a maximum of up to
 four disabled/reduced mobility passengers on any individual flight.
 Requests for assistance must be made through Ryanair Direct
 on the same day as your original booking.
 If the assistance is not booked on the same day then carriage
 will be refused.
 BAGGAGE
 Checked baggage allowance is 15kg per person (no infant allowance).
 Passengers may not use the unused allowances of others. Any excess
 over 15kg is chargeable at an excess fee of »4/€6 per kilo (or local
 currency equivalent).   Ryanair requires that all checked baggage is
 clearly identifiable with your name and address and contact numbers or
 alternatively your flight confirmation number.  Failure to comply with
 this requirement will result in a significant delay in the delivery of
 your baggage should your baggage be misplaced.
 Many items of sporting equipment including but not limited to large
 Fishing rods, golf clubs, bicycles, surfboards, bodyboards, snowboards
 and skis are inherently unsuitable for carriage by airlines operating
 fast turnrounds such as Ryanair.
 However, upon payment of an additional charge of »15/€25 (or local
 Currency equivalent) per sector (flight) and per item irrespective
 of weight, Ryanair is prepared to carry such items on a 'Limited
 Release'(i.e. entirely 'at your own risk' for loss, damage or delay)
 basis.You may therefore wish to ensure,should you wish to ask Ryanair
 to carry such equipment on this basis, that you have suitable private
 insurance cover in force.   Due to space restrictions, we recommend
 that all sports equipment is pre-booked and pre-paid by calling your
 local reservation centre, as not to do so may result in the item being
 refused carriage at the airport.  If the fee is not paid at the time
 of booking or on your outbound it will still be imposed on your return
 journey.Only one small piece of hand baggage (e.g. handbag or
 briefcase)weighing not more  than 7kg and being less than 50cm x 35cm
 x 23 cm (20 x 14 x 9ins)in dimensions is allowed in the cabin.
 Ryanair does not accept responsibility for unsuitably packed,
 perishable, damaged or fragile baggage or for minor damage to the
 exterior of baggage (e.g. scratches, stains, soiling, dents) resulting
 from normal wear and tear or for water damage to non-waterproof
 baggage.
 PASSENGER REQUIREMENTS
 It is the passenger's personal responsibility to ensure that they
 have valid documentation, which meets the requirements of Ryanair,
 immigration and other governmental authorities at every destination.
 Any fines, penalties,payments or expenditures incurred as a result of
 breach of this requirement shall be paid by or charged to you.
 In order to ensure compliance Ryanair recommends that you carry your
 valid passport (and visa if applicable) on all journeys.
 All passengers must present valid photo identification at check-in
 for all flights.

 REQUIREMENTS FOR CHILDREN
 Ryanair does not carry unaccompanied minors (under 16 years).
 Escort and special facilities are NOT available.  However, Ryanair
 will carry minors aged between 14-15 years respectively on completion
 of a signed indemnity form at each departure airport, by a parent or
 guardian, when checking-in.Children under the age of 14 years must be
 accompanied on the same reservation by a passenger over the age of
 16 years.   Passengers aged between 14-15 years travelling
 unaccompanied must present the required valid photo-id prior to
 check-in. French resident Children departing from France, between
 the ages of 14 and 18 who are travelling alone must have a form
 of indemnity signed by the Police or a Mayor of the town in order
 for them to leave the country. They will be unable to board the
 flight without this form.This document is also known as "Quittance
 du Territorie". Portuguese nationals and alien residents under 18
 years, leaving or re-entering Portugal unaccompanied by their father,
 mother or legal guardian need a travel authorisation. This travel
 authorisation must be: signed by the father, mother or legal guardian;
 and the signature is notarised if the father, mother or legal guardian
 reside in Portugal; or the signature is authenticated by a Portuguese
 embassy or consulate in the country where the  father,   mother or
 legal guardian reside.This travel authorisation is also required when
 minors are accompanied By a person other than their father, mother
 or legal guardian. In such Cases the travel authorisation must also
 clearly show the name of the accompanying person"  "Foreign minors
 under 18 years and traveling alone may be refused entry if they do
 not have anyone in Portugal taking responsibility for their stay".
 Infants under the age of 2 years (on the return date of travel) may
 fly for an administration fee of »7/€10 each way provided they sit on
 an adult's lap.(One infant per adult). No baby/car seats are allowed
 on board the aircraft.If the infant reaches the age of 2 years prior
 to the return journey they must pay the applicable fare, taxes, fees
 and charges for that part of the journey.
 PROHIBITED ONBOARD
 Please note that you may not smoke in any part of an aircraft operated
 By Ryanair.  Failure to adhere to this regulation may result in severe
 Criminal penalties being brought against you as well as disruption
 Costs being claimed against you by Ryanair. Passengers are prohibited
 From bringing their own alcohol on board for consumption.
 In the interest of safety passengers are prohibited from carrying
 Hot Drinks on board.
 POINT TO POINT
 Ryanair is strictly a "point to point" airline. We therefore do not
 offer,and cannot facilitate, transfer of passengers or their baggage
 to other flights, whether operated by Ryanair or other carriers.
 We recommend that passengers do not book onward flights on Ryanair
 services.  Ryanair assumes no responsibility for making connections
 and therefore will not be liable for any losses or expenses arising out
 of any failure to achieve a planned connection.

 Hertz Car Insurance:  Included: unlimited mileage, collision damage
 waiver, theft protection cover and tax.  Not Included: vehicle
 registration fee, local airport service charge and one way drop off
 charge (where applicable), fuel,damage excess and other additional
 charges e.g. extra driver, child/infant seat, personal accident
 insurance etc.  Important:  Driver must be over 25 years of age and
 hold a complete and full (not provisional) valid driver's licence,
 held for a minimum of 1 year (endorsements must be advised prior
 to booking) and a credit card in the name of the lead driver must
 be produced to Hertz upon collection of the vehicle to cover any
 insurance excess and miscellaneous costs (e.g. fuel).  A »30/ €48
 (or local currency equivalent)cancellation fee applies.

 ALL CARRIAGE IS OFFERED BY RYANAIR LIMITED IN ACCORDANCE WITH THE
 CONDITIONS
 OF CONTRACT AS SET OUT BELOW AND SUBJECT TO RYANAIR'S GENERAL
 CONDITIONS
 OF CARRIAGE FOR PASSENGERS AND BAGGAGE FROM TIME TO TIME IN FORCE.

 RYANAIR CONDITIONS OF CONTRACT
 1.As used in this contract "ticket" means the document issued by
 carrier entitled "Confirmation" or "Itinerary/Receipt"; "carriage"
 is equivalent to "transportation"; "carrier" means Ryanair Limited
 of Corporate Head Office,Dublin Airport, Co.Dublin, Ireland;
 "Warsaw Convention" means the Convention for the Unification of
 Certain Rules Relating to International Carriage by Air signed at
 Warsaw, 12th October 1929, or that Convention as amended at the
 Hague, 28th September 1955, whichever may be applicable

 2.Carriage hereunder is subject to the rules and limitations relating
 to liability established by the Warsaw Convention, unless such carriage
 is not "International Carriage" as defined by that Convention.

 3.To the extent not in conflict with the foregoing, carriage and other
 services preformed by carrier are subject to (i) provisions contained
 in the ticket,(ii) applicable tariffs and (iii) carrier's conditions
 of carriage and related regulations which are made part hereof and are
 available on application at the offices of carrier.

 4.Carrier's name may be abbreviated. The agreed stopping places are
 those shown on the ticket as scheduled stopping places on the
 passenger's route.

 5.Any exclusion or limitation of liability of carrier shall apply to
 and be for the benefit of agents, servants and representatives of
 carrier for carriage and its agents, servants and representatives
 and any person whose aircraft is used by carrier for carriage and
 its agents, servants and representatives.

 6.Checked baggage will be delivered to the bearer of the baggage
 identification tag. In case of damage to baggage moving in
 international transportation, complaint must be made in writing
 to carrier forthwith after discovery of damage and, at the latest,
 within 7 days from receipt; in case of delay,complaint must be made
 within 21 days from the date the baggage was delivered.See tariffs
 or conditions of carriage regarding non-international transportation.

 7.Ticket is good for carriage as provided in the ticket, in carrier's
 tariffs, conditions of carriage and/or related regulations and subject
 to payment in respect of any change of flight details by the passenger,
 as specified by the carrier's conditions of carriage. Taxes, fees and
 charges are subject to change prior to commencement of carriage.
 Carrier may refuse transportation if the applicable fare has not been
 paid. Carrier may also refuse transportation to any person who has
 not made a booking and/or acquired a ticket in violation of applicable
 law or carrier's tariffs, rules or regulations.

 8.Carrier undertakes to use its best efforts to carry the passenger
 and baggage with reasonable dispatch but times shown on the ticket, in
 timetables or elsewhere are not guaranteed and form no part of this
 contract. Carrier
 may without notice substitute alternate carriers or aircraft or may
 alter or omit stopping places shown on the ticket in case of necessity.
 Schedules are subject to change without notice. Carrier assumes no
 responsibility for making connections.

 9.Passenger shall comply with Government travel requirements, present
 exit, entry and other required documents and arrive at airport and
 boarding gate by time fixed by carrier or, if no time is fixed, early
 enough to complete departure procedures.

 NOTICE OF BAGGAGE LIABILITY LIMITATIONS
 Liability for loss, delay or damage to baggage is limited unless a
 Higher value is declared in advance and  additional charges are paid.
 For most international travel (including domestic portions of
 International journeys) the liability limit is SDR 17 (approx. €21/»14)
 per kilo for checked baggage and SDR 332 (approx.€420/»280) per
 passenger for unchecked baggage. Liability for fragile, valuable
 or perishable articles may be limited or excluded and excess
 valuation may be applicable to certain types of articles. Reference
 should be made to Carrier's conditions of carriage.

 PROHIBITED ARTICLES LIST

 Passengers are not permitted to carry the following articles into the security
 restricted area and the cabin of an aircraft: 

 Guns, Firearms & Weapons; any object capable, or appearing capable, of
 discharging a projectile or causing injury, including: All firearms (Pistols,
 Revolvers, Rifles, Shotguns, etc.) Replica and imitation firearms, Component
 parts of firearms (excluding telescopic sighting devices & sights),  Air
 pistols, rifles and pellet guns. Signal flare pistols, Starter pistols, Toy
 guns of all types, Ball Bearing Guns, Industrial Bolt and Nail Guns, Cross
 Bows, Catapults, Harpoon and Spear Guns, Animal Humane Killers, Stun or
 Shocking Devices, e.g. cattle prods, ballistic conducted energy weapons
 laser), Lighters shaped like a firearm.

 Pointed/edged Weapons &Sharp Objects; pointed or bladed articles capable of
 causing injury, including: Axes & hatches, Arrows and darts, Crampons
 Grappling iron, hooked bar of iron, or plate with iron spikes used in
 mountaineering), Harpoons & Spears, Ice axes & ice picks, Ice Skates,
 Lockable or flick knives with blades of any length, Knives, including
 ceremonial, religious and hunting knives, made of metal or any other
 material strong enough to be used as a potential weapon, Meat cleavers,
 Machetes, Open razors and blades (excluding safety or disposable razors
 with blades enclosed in cartridge), Sabres, swords and swordsticks,
 Scalpels, Scissors with blades of any length, Ski and walking/hiking
 poles, Throwing stars, Tradesman's tools that have the potential to be
 used as a pointed or edged weapon, e.g. drills and drill bits, box
 cutters, utility knives, all saws, screwdrivers, crowbars, hammers,
 pliers, wrenches/spanners, blow torches.

 Blunt Instruments: any blunt instrument capable of causing injury,
 including: Baseball and softball bats, Clubs or batons - rigid or flexible
 e.g. Billy clubs, blackjacks (truncheon of leather covered lead with
 flexible shaft), night sticks & batons, Cricket bats, Golf Clubs, Hockey
 and hurley sticks, Lacrosse sticks, Kayak and canoe paddles, Skateboards,
 Billiard, snooker and pool cues, Fishing rods, Martial arts equipment, e.g.
 knuckle dusters, clubs, coshes, rice flails, num-chucks, kubatons, kubasaunts

 Explosives and flammable substances; any explosive or highly combustible
 substance which poses a risk to the health of passengers and crew or the
 security/safety of aircraft or property, including:  Ammunition, Blasting
 caps, Detonators & fuses, Explosives and explosive devices, Replica or
 imitation explosive material or devices, Mines & other explosive military
 store, Grenades of all types.  Gas & gas containers, e.g. Butane, propane,
 acetylene, oxygen - in large volume, Fireworks, flares in any form and
 other pyrotechnics (including party poppers and toy caps), Non safety
 matches, Smoke generating canisters or cartridges, Flammable liquid fuel,
 e.g. petrol/gasoline, diesel, lighter fluid, alcohol, ethanol, Aerosol
 spray paint, Turpentine & paint thinner, Alcoholic beverages exceeding 70%
 by volume (140% proof)

 Chemical and Toxic substances; any chemical or toxic substances which pose
 a risk to the health of passengers and crew or the security/ safety of
 aircraft or property, including: Acids and alkalis, e.g. spillable "wet"
 batteries, Corrosive or Bleaching Substances - e.g. mercury, chlorine,
 Disabling or incapacitating sprays - e.g. mace, pepper spray, tear gas,
 Radioactive material - e.g. medicinal or commercial isotopes, Poisons,
 Infectious or biological hazardous material - e.g. infected blood,
 bacteria and viruses, Material capable of spontaneous ignition or
 combustion, Fire extinguishers (excepting as authorised by fire protocols
 and as aircraft emergency equipment)

 The following items shall not be placed in checked in baggage: 

 Explosives, including detonators, fuses, grenades, mines and explosives.
 Gases propane, butane,

 Flammable liquids, including gasoline, methanol, Flammable solids and
 reactive substances, including magnesium, firelighters, fireworks, flares.

 Oxidizers and organic peroxides, including bleach, car body repair kits.
 Toxic or infectious substances, including rat poison, infected blood,
 Radioactive material, including medicinal or commercial isotopes,

 Corrosives, including mercury, vehicle batteries, Vehicle fuel system
 components which have contained fuel.

 Notes: Any sharp objects in checked-in baggage should be securely wrapped
 to prevent injury to screeners and handling personnel.

 In addition Ryanair do not permit the following to be carried in baggage.

 Guns, firearms and weapons including replica items.

 Christmas crackers

 Items with Internal combustion engines:  such as chainsaws, model
 aircraft, lawnmowers, etc.

 Notes: Mobile Phones are permitted to be carried only in cabin baggage
 and must be switched off prior to entering the aircraft

 If there's a medical reason that passengers need to inject themselves
 During the flight (e.g diabetics) they are permitted to carry syringes
 in the cabin. They will be asked to produce medical evidence (a doctor's
 letter will suffice) when they check in or at security screenings. This
 should be kept with them at all times.

 Cash/Credit/Debit Card Transactions
 Owing to the high costs of security and administration, Ryanair does
 Not accept cash for tickets, excess baggage and sporting equipment fees
 at the majority of airports. Some airports may have local arrangements
 for the acceptance of cash and will often accept major debit cards
 issued in their country. Passengers intending to pay for fees at
 airports should contact the airport in advance to determine if the
 airport will accept cash and/or which debit cards are acceptable as
 a form of payment If a credit/debit card authority is reversed or
 recharged against us An administration fee of »30/€50 (or equivalent
 in local currency) will additionally be levied in cash.
 Passengers who pay for their flights with a credit card billed in a
 Currency other than the currency of the country from which the flight
 departs will be charged in the currency of issue of the credit card,
 inclusive of a 'foreign user' charge.  You are able to check the actual
 amount to be billed in the currency of your card prior to payment being
 made.

 IMPORTANT NOTICE
 If your journey involves a destination or stop in a country other
 Than the one from which you depart, the Warsaw Convention may govern
 The liability of all airlines involved in your journey, including any
 portion thereof within a single country. This convention limits the
 liability of airlines for death or bodily injury and for baggage loss,
 delay or damage. However, in the event of an accident resulting in the
 death or injury of a passenger whilst on a flight operated by Ryanair
 or a European Community air carrier, the amount of damages payable is
 not subject to any financial limit unless the carrier concerned can
 prove that the damage was wholly or partially due to the negligence
