| Beating Frizzies You have frizzy hair? Us to, and we hate itBUT wait there is something that you can do about it! Heres the plan: Wash your hair. Washing helps unfrizz your hair, and allows it to be more receptive to other projects. For extremely frizzy hair invest in a conditioner and a leave-in conditioner. First wash your hair with shampoo and make sure that your scalp is squeaky clean. Be sure to get all the shampoo out of your hair because that causes nasty build-up. Put conditioner in the ends of your hair and leave on for about one to two minutes. (be sure that the conditioner is all on your hair but NOT on your scalp) Wash the conditioner out and blot dry with a towel. (dont rub hard that causes breakage.) Comb your hair until it is separated into tiny pieces. Spray in your leave in conditioner throughout your hair but again Not on your scalp. Let your hair air-dry if you are not on a tight schedule but if you are then blow dry from roots to ends., with the blow dryer facing down in the direction of hair growth. **A secret: If you give your hair a cold shot with the blow dryer after it has been dried it will increase shine** I, for one, have extremely long hair and I find that it is easier to iron my hair with a clothes iron instead of a flat iron but they both work the same way and will give the same results. Flat iron your hair next to get it super-straight and super shiny! Next check out a hairstyle in our hairstyle section to style your anti-frizzy hair with. |
