| Ok, this is an extremely abbreviated version of something called the HCG Diet and/or the Turbo Protein Diet. I did not invent them, nor have I tried even most of the suggestions, but always at your own risk people. This is for informational purposes only, blah blah blah.
You will realize by #3 that doing this entire list is impossible, but the more you do, the better. Instructions: � DO All the steps in phase 1 for 30 days. (The more, the better) � Replace Phase 2 with the Turbo Protein Diet (Almased.com) for up to 6 weeks � Must do Candida, Liver, and Parasite Cleanse at the end of Phase 1. Don�t start this with the cleanses. Doing Phase 1 for 90 -120 days in a row could result in the body resetting its natural set point. A good thing! PHASE I 1. WATER- Drink 1 glass first thing in the morning and 1-1/2 gallon everyday. Try Volvic, Fiji and Evian. 2. WALK- Outside at a slow steady pace 1 hour a day (reset�s body�s weight set point.) 3. EXTRA VIRGIN RAW COCONUT OIL- 2 teaspoons a day (helps with metabolism, digestion, fat cells and thyroid) 4. COLONICS- Do 15 in 30 days 5. APPLES- Eat 2 organic apples everyday. Guaranteed to lose weight. Helps with blood sugar, appetite, liver, gallbladder, and colon. 6. GRAPEFRUIT-Eat 2 organic grapefruit a day. Also helps with fat, blood sugar, cravings, liver, gallbladder, and colon. 7. RAW ORGANIC APPLE CIDER VINEGAR- 1 teaspoon, 3 times a day for metabolism, cleans organs and fat cells 8.
