| November 17, 2003 Week 11 (almost 3 months pregnant!) Aren't those pictures amazing? That's not our little boo, but that's about where Boo is right now. "You may be suffering from headaches as a result of the change within your hormone level..." NO KIDDING! I was wondering why I spent the weekend with a perpetual headache. "Your baby is about 50 millimeters crown to rump (about one inch and will be two inches by the end of the week) and weighs about eight grams. The irises are now forming. The liver, brain, intestines, and lungs are now formed and functioning on their own. The external genitalia are present but difficult to distinguish. Fingernails appear this week! Fingers and toes have now fully separated. My uterus is the size of a small grapefruit. Still. Did I tell y'all that according to the Chinese Lunar Something or Other, I'm to have a girl? That's TWO sources right there---first it was the string test, then this thingy. Take that! (All those who are already moms, go and check the accuracy of this. See if it predicted correctly for YOU.
