Subject: Screen Captures

I was looking around and i cant seems to find any good software to take screen captures. Is there something that can take the screens and put them in one file? without taking them manually...
like take snap shot every 100 frames and put them all in one file?
I know infraview can do panaramic pics.. but its too much work :)
