Subject: NM-Not rubbish !

If i upload a movie, i don't want some jackass walking around with my uploads (claiming it's his upload) !
There for a password works fine.
Also friends who surf other forums, reconize the password & than warn me !
And if i see someone posting someone else his upload at spamfreexx, than i'll delete it.

I know why you find that silly, because you are only looking at your premium points.
Hey that's fine with me, but that's the reason you don't care about your files being posted by others.

But you should try to look at things from a different point of view.

Wenn i got my premium account (thanks Sonic!), i could suddenly see how much people downloaded my spekie.com uploads.
I only post spekie.com on 5 - 7 friend forums & most of them aren't high traffic forums.
Never the less, i got over 500.000 points in less than 2 months !!
It's very easy to tell where all those points came from...other people stealing my uploads !!
Try spamfreexxx in google & you'll see.
There was even a german idiot, he took a free homepage...putted all my uploads on it....and added his sponsors on it...DUUH !

Oke, i said 500.000 (non RS members) point x 50Mb (wich was my average file sixe) = 25.000GB of bandwidth
Remember, that is used by non-members....so RS has to pay for those 25.000GB !
And this goes only about almost the first 2 months.......the other months went the same lol
Do you really think RS is happy with that, nope they aren't & because of that they started to delete my uploads (with made up complaints).

So i don't want people to steal my uploads, because they destroy my uploads :(
With using a password for my uploads, i've prevented that a bunch of idiot stole my uploads & so even sooner destroy my uploads.
Never the less, there are still plenty of idiots around continue stealing uploads from people like me...it's sad.

ps.This is something new these days, but also gives a good reason for password protection.
Some idiots steal other people there uploads & the preview pictures.
They upload the preview pics to their own pic storage, wich pay them for every view.
Than they post the stolen uploads, with their preview pictures (wich brings them $).
