first, clear the cookies from internet explorer options or mozzila options...is quite easy. It might have to do with the cookies I think....then uninstall rapidget from the computer, go to the registry...Start--Run and type regedit and do a search on rapidget..delete everything that has this entry...then install rapidget again on the computer..should work...if it still crashes it's probably from your operating system
