Shaggy Dogs (or Porky Pines)
Dip marshmallow in cold water to coat. Roast over coals. Dip hot marshmallow into heated chocolate syrup (or melted chocolate). Then roll in shredded coconut and/or chopped nuts.

Peach Delight
Place one peach half in center of a square of foil. Fill center of peach with brown sugar and one marshmallow. Fold foil over peach and seal. Heat until marshmallow and sugar are melted (about 10 minutes).

Fried Pies
(clamp pie iron needed to make each one) Butter 2 slices of bread. Put one slice, buttered side down, on the inside bottom of a pie iron. Spoon on a heaping tablespoon of pie filling (cherry, blueberry, etc.). Place the second slice on top, buttered side up. Clamp the pie iron. Excess bread will fall off. Toast both sides evenly. Remove carefully and enjoy.

Foil Sundaes
Arrange slices of pound cake on square of foil. Top with brown sugar, butter and crushed pineapple (or pie filling and pineapple - no butter and brown sugar). Wrap and seal well. Cooks in about 8 minutes.

Cupcakes in Orange peels
Slice top off orange. Spoon out all contents (most eat it). Pour white cake batter into orange peel, about 1/3 way full. Replace top, wrap in foil, and place gently on coals. It will cook in a few minutes, but may not look done on top. Eat cake with a spoon. (Omit eggs from cake batter, so you don't have to worry about doneness. It still works and tastes great!)

Doughboys
Stretch canned biscuit over stick that is about 1in in diameter. Pinch sides and ends together so that there are no cracks. Bake over hot coals. Slip off stick, then fill with butter and jelly. (The secret to this is to have the dough stretched thin so that it will be done on the inside, and to cook slowly.)

Fairy Rings
Put a marshmallow in the center of a cake doughnut. Skewer onto a thin stick, and heat over coals. The marshmallow will stay in the center of doughnut when the stick is removed.

Darn Goods
Cut canned biscuits into quarters. Fry in shortening or cooking oil. Drain on a paper towel. Roll in powdered sugar or cinnamon/sugar.

Brown Bears
(uncut hot dog buns)
Place hot dog bun on a stick. Dip bun into melted butter and roll in cinnamon/sugar. Roast over coals until crispy.

Top Hats
Place inch slices of banana between two vanilla wafers. Make a regular s'more (chocolate bar, marshmallow, andgraham crackers)
