If you have a slow internet connection, I recommend using HTML. However, if your internet connection is fast, you can use the better quality (but slower to load) Flash.
Right-click on your desktop and select "Properties".
A window should pop up. At the top of the window are a number of tabs. Click on the one that says "Settings".
Below the picture there should be the "Screen Resolution" box. Inside this box is a little tab that you can drag back and forth. Underneath the tab are two numbers. These are your resolution numbers.
