| He swam & ran track. He played the trumpet. He loved to snowboard. He was gonna be Valadictorian, Just like his brother. He's gone. A shock. It's like a dream Gone mad. I can't believe I won't see him again... But wait, I will. He did believe, So he's in heaven with God, In His eternal arms. We love you, Timo. We miss your laugh, Your goofy sense of humor, Your smile that lit up the room, Your spikey hair. Your questions you asked Are all answered now. Who would've thought They'd be answered so soon. We talked about seeing God when we died, What we would say, But it always seemed so far in the future. We don't realize how life can be ripped from our grasp. But Timo, you didn't die in vain... No, you left a legacy behind. 30 people now know our God Because of you, because of your life, taken so quickly, They will now live forever with Him... Like you. God can use tragedy for good... And He did. Those kids realized that today is the day- Not tomorrow or next week- to grab ahold of God...and they did. Yes, we do miss you... Our grief is not lacking. But we know you're with God In His eternal arms And that your death has brought others life. At least we can find some comfort in that. So for now we say goodbye, We'll see you in heaven someday. Until then, keep on smiling down upon us Here on earth. |
