Cross Country is off to a good start this season.  Thus far we have 33 boys and 19 girls out for the team, but numbers traditionally go up once school begins.  Everyone is surviving two a day practices well, with most younger runners only attending one run a day.  All morning practices are at the high school at 8:00 this week and 6:30 next week.  Evening practices move around the district and a schedule can be found on the front page of the web site.  Great job to eveyone who is working so hard to make this an outstanding season!
