The sectional meet is this Saturday at Parkway South.  The events begin at 12:00!  A full schedule can be found at the link below.  Good luck to all of the athletes as we make the attempt to qualify for the state meet! 

As track ends, cross country is upon us.  Runners need to begin posting their mileage in the guestbook.  As soon as you are healthy you need to be running.  There is no room for being lazy this summer if we are planning on accomplishing our goals this season.
