An exciting day again as the Lions ran at Metro.  Many Lions decided to conquer the Jefferson Barracks course early this year!  There were many impressive performances.  The freshman boys ran to an exciting finish with the 2nd, 3rd, and 4th place finishers in the race.  Varsity boys top four continues to look strong cutting their four man split to 1:14!  The guys picked up a fifth place finish with ailing Jason Wilder running a gutsy race to round out the squad.   Jared Lammert put aside much frustration to run an exciting JV race and put himself on the top ten list.

The girls had a learning experience at JB this week after having a lot of improvement and success at Fox and Ladue.  The girls ran well but as a whole are hungry to get back on the course again next weekend to prove they can do better.  Girls times are posted and the boys times will be posted tomorrow!
