It is time for us to begin another season of Northwest Cross Country.  It is my ninth with the team and seventh as the head coach.  This years team will be special to me for a variety of reasons and with the talent we have will no doubt be successful.  There is a long road of hard work ahead, but we will also enjoy ourselves along the way. 

On Monday I need the athletes to show up to practice with their physicals at the High School at 6:30 pm.  Wear light colored shirts, running shorts, and a good pair of running shoes.
