The Frostbite races are $7 each or $50 for the entire series and scoring.  Contact the St. Louis Track Club at 314-781-3926 for more information.  Saturday's race is at 9:00 with distances of 12K and 3K.  Registration is between 7:30 and 8:45.  Winter road races are a great way to keep your motivation high during the cold months of the year.  So far I am impress the the mileage that most have put in.  Keep it up... or get on it!
