Sorry for the lask of updates, it has been a busy week.  we are having the Sectionals dinner this evening at my house for Kayla Antonelli, Annie James, Tyler Amick, Jacob Zehner, and Chad Callahan who will be running Saturday for a chance to qualify for the State Meet!  The races are at Jefferson Barracks Park with the girls running at 11:40 and the boys at 12:45.  The open race will be at 1:30 for any Northwest runners looking to better their times at JB.

It was also a buys week for the rest of the boys and girls cross country team with many athletes finishing their seasons in style.  Kelsey Chitwood and Samantha Sweet had PR races at Kirkwood on Tuesday.  Then Aaron Flowers won the race at Webster as the boys took home ELEVEN medals and the second place trophy.  Girls results can be found at the girls track site.
