Another great fun run last night.  There were 27 runners at Fenton Park including some new faces.  Jillian Wohlschlaeger, John Spradling, Emil Hector, Austin Yates, Hillary Self, Derek Milliot, Ashley Harper, Emily Langella, Tyler Payne, Cassondra Boone, Annie James, Kayla Antonelli, Justin Schacht, Megan Bailey, Chris Palmon, Justine Parrish, Nathan Thoele all made their first fun runs of the year!  Great to see you all!  We were also joined by Coach Stan Nelson, the legend and the owners of the Big River Running Company.  If we are going to have success this summer I need to see runners paying the price for success.  That means running on your own and logging serious miles.  Post your mileage updates!
