The band are currently in the studio in Chorstlow St.Davids, near to their Fingrinhoe base, working on their new album. The album is being produced by Frank Jefferson, who has worked with some of the most talented artists of our time, such as 'The Wa Wa Boys', 'House of Lead', 'Engine 79', 'The Lotion' and most recently 'Seaflyers'
The album is being described as a experimental fusion of the traditional Electro-rock-funk style of Giraffes, with a more relaxed Folk-Electonica style.
It has been given the working title of 'Falling Upwards'

The recording process of the new album has suffered a serious setback following a mysterious fire at the Essex based studio. The band have moved to a new undisclosed location in the Norfolk countryside, but are currently awaiting the appointment of a new producer following the arrest of Frank Jefferson, before they can get back to work laying those new tracks down.
The lads are confident that the rest and fresh air in the countryside will be good for their creative spirits however and have promised that the album will be ready on schedule, if not shortly after.
