COUGHING UP BLOOD

HELLO?!

a string quartet plays in the background as he lurks toward the light in the eyes. the scene shifts to show an apple being knocked off the table (this is highly symbolic of the loss of innocence or perhaps deeper meaning. if you can figure it out more power to you).

FAR AWAY, FARRRR

Etched in the frame he reads,
In memoriam

your eyes don't catch the little things i guess women supposedly are supposed to know this stuff.

beneath this etching,
She was the most beautiful cloud
to ever pass before the face of a girl

The string quartet shifts to a single cello here, and everything else is silent
zooms in on the store it used to sell comics

BOOM

LET'S WASTE ANOTHER THOUSAND YEARS

crash of cymbals followed by little birds chirping
sparrows, perhaps

your ex-girlfriend told me you spent all yesterday crying
i guess you got no one to take care of you

and then the scene just starts to rise into the sky, as if we are floating, or flying away, far far away and we fly and fly until the ground is just a planet now and instead of fading to black we all fade to a transparent thing. it's like an emerald. i actually can't even describe it to you-

THERES SO LITTLE OF YOU LEFT THERES SO LITTLE OF YOU LEFT THE DEAD PART OF YOU TAKES ME OUT AND SAYS THE BEAST IN ME IS FADING FAST AND LEAVES ME WITH A GREAT BIG GOODBYE HUG AND ITS BUSY CLINGING TO THE DEAD PART OF THE PAST AND HE ONLY LOVED ONE THING AND THERES SO LITTLE OF IT LEFT SO LITTLE OF IT LEFT
