There are a few rules. Please try to follow them.
1)Any new candidates to the Weyr must neomail lady__of_lorien, or haliofstories with this form filled out-

2) No magic and/or religon. No evil or crazy characters (candidates mainly). If you really want your rider may become crazy/evil but only with the Weyrleader/Weyrwoman's approval. (For plot only)
3) No controlling another person's character without that person's permission. Also no role-playing until your character has been approved.
4) No swearing, and nothing over PG-13.
5) If your dragon is flown and you want there to be a clutch then neomail lady__of_lorien or haliofstories with the # of eggs and the colors in the eggs that you would like there to be in the clutch, so that the Weyrleader may approve them. Please try to be resonable too. No clutch would have all very rare dragon colors in them. Also if your dragon clutches you are not allowed to have a candidate for that clutch.
6) If you want there to be a major event, (for example: flit flight, dragon flight, finding a flit clutch, or new plotline), you must neomail the Weyrleader or Weyrwoman for permission.
7) If you want a transfer rider, only these colors will be allowed: Sapphire, Emerald, Ruby, Turquoise, Jade, Marble, Ivory, Opal, Rose Quartz, and Amethyst.
8) If you don't want your character anymore neomail lady__of_lorien or haliofstories.
9) If you want your character to be a HAD (Hear All Dragons) you must ask the Weyrwoman or Weyrleader for permission.
10) Please try to tell the Weyrleader or Weyrwoman if aren't going to be active for a while, like if you're going on vacation or something.
11) Neomail haliofstories or lady__of_lorien with any suggestions or complaints.
