Personality: Kind, with sharp green eyes that can make you feel like her eyes are boring holes into you. She loves a good laugh, and is fond of gardening. You DONt want to get onher bad side, because she never ever forgives.

Appearance: Long black hair, with Green eyes that make you feel like she is boring holes in you, when she is mad, but also can be full of humor. Of average height, though her luxuriant black locks are starting to go silvery down one side like streaks, though she is still very young. Some signs of age cannot be helped.

History: Maris father was a dragonrider, though her mother was from Ruatha hold. She was raised at Ruatha in the end, until she was brought to Fort Weyr where she impressed Garanath, since then her mother has refused to believe she exists, not liking dragonriders much. Mari was transfered here, to get away from her mother and father. Surprisingly enough, her half brother Tamikan was also searched to Crescent Moon Weyr...and impressed which is even more of a miracle. Still, however, he does not know who she is.

Dragon Appearance: Zariath is small, only reaching 22 meters in length. Zariath is a vivid scarlet color all over with orangeish spots on her legs.
Dragon Personality: ortunately, Zariath is not as hyper as her rider. Zariath is the level-headed one of the two. She is very loyal to Chi as well as those Chi considers her friends. Like Chi, she loves to play tricks and is rarely sad.

Personality: Chi is very hyper so you may want to be beware. She's cheerful nearly all the time. She's very loyal and makes friends easily. She enjoys playing the occasional prank. Chi absolutely loves flits.

Appearance: Chi is petite and has bright blue eyes. Her curly red-gold hair is worn short, just below her chin. She has splashes of pale freckles just across the bridge of her nose.

History: Chi is the niece of the Lord Hold of Telgar. She's youngest in her family and has several older siblings.

Personality: Most would call her mean. Others would call her weird. I guess she is both. She has a sharp tongue and mean mind, a good combo for the ultimate jerk, and her father sent her to this weyr, hoping that a dragon would change her some.

Appearance: She is tall for a girl, about 5'7 or 5'8, and petite. Her eyes are of deep, true silver, her hair of golden blonde. Her skin is pale in color, but she sets that aside. She normally is seen wearing white, for that is almost the only color she looks good in.

Dragon Personality: Kyna is generally fairly easy going, though when someone starts questioning about Lanis past, and upbringing she becomes unusually sharp tongued. She tries not to let her anxiety about Leilani show through, but if talk starts to lean over in that direction, she hastily changes topic, or keeps to simple replies...in her Previous weyr, Kyna became well known for her evasions, earning the reputation of speaking in one word replies. However, around her Chosen, this is not so. She tends to be rather talkative, and frequently this inclides scolding Lani on her behavior, or warning her to keep her tongue. She acts much the same around others she has known for a good while, and adores showing off...though it seems that of late, Lani has been the one who has to bear these absurd airial displays.

Personality: Some people call her odd, others call her both odd and mysterious. Lani herself would tend to agree with the latter. One moment she could be speaking dead serious, the next she could quite literally be bouncing off of the walls, and the next she could be off sulking somewhere in a corner. She has a rather deadly skill with daggers, but the only people who have rather unfortunatley discovered that talent are now dead...for a long time. She doesn't speak much in a conversation that requires voicing of opinions, though it isn't for the lack of any...more, it is for the fact that more often than not her opinions tend to be harsh, and not ones that others would particularily wish to hear. Often after she does say what she is thinking, she ends up locked in her weyr with a firelizard set for gaurd, to make sure that she doesn't escape her prison...which doesn't remain for long. She becomes suspicious if someone starts to question her past, evading the topic at all costs. Unfortunately, she has a tendancy to indulge her love of good wine a little bit too often, which can lead to a slip of the tongue...which may reveal secrets that none should know.

Appearance: Lani has long waves of dark curls which cascade down her back to her mid back, unruly and untamable. Sometimes it's seen to be bound impatienlty with a tie, though more often than not it is sticking out all over the place, seeing as Lani just gave up with her attempts to bind it. Her face is sharp, and charactered, her dark emerald eyes flashing with suspicion, or intelligence, a window into her soul...no matter how hard she tries to stop this. Her gently sloping nose is slightly too long for her face, and her elegantly arched eyebrows are just too dark for her otherwise pale features. Lani's about average height, around 5'5", not stocky, bot nor is she slender. All in all, she is pleasant to look at, but in no way beautiful.

History: Lani instantly avoids this topic, sometimes putting her safety in jeapordy just to make sure that she doesn't let any secrets slip. Kynaeth too is very hesitant to speak about Lani, often becoming uncharacteristically disapproving when it is brought up. But what is the reason for this evasion? Lani was more or less normal, at 13 turns her father the Holder of Ieuni Hold dying, causing her older brother Kaius and his twin sister Kaidra to become joint regents, until Kai would marry and become the sole holder. But three turns later, bother were killed, and Lani disappeared, as if from all Pern. Turns later she arrived at a weyr, and impressed her beloved Kynaeth, who intensely despised the facts that Lani had relayed to her, both vowing they would never speak of them...but maybe a new weyr...a new person?

Dragon Appearance: Zanyith is a lot like her rider, quite quiet, but is also very funny. She is solitary, like her rider, and one of their favorite things to do together is watch sunsets from remote islands, then stargaze from the fireheights of CMW. Zanyith doesn�t really understand �stargazing� but like to do it because her rider does. She and Azura have an unsually close bond, re-enforced by spending lots of time together.

Dragon Personality: Zanyith is quite small for a Scarlet, one of the smallest ever recorded at a (not so whopping) 23.9 meters. She is a deep scarlet, a reddish black that is quite unusual, and her beautifuly proportioned body is accented by streaks of back and red almost like stripes.

Personality: Quite unlike her identical twin sister Candilaria, Azura is a quiet, shy girl who never talks, except with dragons, and her sister. With her sister she is quite energetic and mischevious. She loves to read and write poetry and songs, which her sister then puts to music. She usually does not like having much company, and she is a very solitary creature. She is very quiescent, and doesn�t voice her opinions much. She is very unawhere of her magnificent beauty, which comes out especially when she smiles mischeviously. She also very funny and inventive when it comes practical jokes, but her sister is usually the one who carries them out.

Appearance: Azura and her twin sister both have blondish copper hair that reaches down to their waist. They both have eyes that seem to change from from green to blue randomly. They are both about 5�1� and are small boned, and almost delicate looking, although they are definetly not. They are both masters in self defense, which can come in handy for these two very beautiful riders.

History: Azura and her sister came from a large weyr that had too many dragons, and so Candilaria and her sister mutually decided to move to Crescent Moon Weyr. Originaly the sisters came from a medium hold where the were the youngest of 21 siblings, and tried their parents patience so often that they were relieved when the girls were searched, although their parents weren�t quite as happy with the other 5 of their children that were searched. As it happened, only Azura and Candilaria impressed. None of their siblings impressed though, which the parents were quite happy about, to have the two trouble-makers were gone, and their �better� children come back to the hold. Unfortunately for the parents, all but one of the children decided to stay in the weyr! She and her sister are both HADs.

Dragon Appearance: Chasi is a vibrantly bright dragoness, her hide brilliant even for a scarlet. She has clear deep-blue eyes and is wonderfully delicately built, large for a scarlet. Several crystalline, sapphire splotches adorn her hide: one between her eyes, one on each wing, one on her back, one on front left foot, back right foot, and the smallest, perfectly symmetrical one between her eyes.

Dragon Personality: She seems painfully shy around everyone but her rider, who she is always urging to be more social. She knows more about fashion than her rider, and has a knack for noticing things no one else � dragon or human � would. She realizes Relena�s worth more then her rider does, partly due to her knack, but never says much about anything she notices even to Relena. A very mysterious dragon, who doesn�t seem like she should be shy once you know her personality.

Personality: One word: tough. She�s mistrustful of anyone and everyone, and has a thick, hard shell. A survivour, she can fight, and well, with any weapon including her bare hands. Has a deep revenge motive against Thread for�hidden reasons. Relena doesn�t care what anyone else thinks of her, and though she is friendly, will not allow anyone to get close. She may be a little stiff and cold, but it�s only because she doesn�t know how to treat people who are truly nice to her.

Appearance: Relena has short sandy-blonde hair, cropped at her ears, and deep, piercing blue eyes with a hint of purple and grey. Your first impression, and most impressions, of her, are that she is a fighter, tough to the bone. Her light-tanned, freckleless face would be slightly too sweet and cherubic but for the scars, one large slash on her left cheek and another above the right eyebrow. Even with the scars, perhaps because of them, her delicate features make her actually lovely in a feral way. There are numerous scars all over Relena�s body, which is lean and mean, built long, thin yet sturdy and uncurved. She moves like a cat, gracefully but dangerously, with purpose. She rarely truly smiles.

History: Relena grew up Holdless with her parents, who were killed (how, no one except her and some members of her Holdless train) when she was only 6 turns. She lived on, scarred, with help from her few friends in her train. During this time she learned many things that she needed to, so she could live without anyone�s help. Quite a few times she was attacked or got in fights as no one thought anyone would defend a orphan Holdless girl. This was the way most of her scars happened. Many in her train regarded her as bad luck, and Relana was having more and more trouble getting enough food, as they would �warn� the locals about her. So at age 12 she joined a new one, fending for herself, not caring what anyone thought. Relena was doing chores in the upper levels of a hold they were at when the search dragon arrived, and surprisingly, picked her, even though she wasn�t of that hold, just because she was there.

Flits: black male Kohl/Kohlo (A noble-looking, large black who�s doted on by both Relena and Chasidath, he�s often found draped around his girl�s shoulders. His hide is a sort of light-sucking color, space-between-the-stars, and his eyes are usually flame-blue.)

Personality: This girl is a little shy, but she can also be outgoing it just depends on her mood.

Appearance: She has golden brown hair that reaches to the small of her back. Taraca�s eyes are a golden brown color. She is 5�6� and taller than her siblings. She has a normal build for a woman of her size and not really muscular.

History: She is Fort hold from one of the many families that live within its stone walls. She has a brother named Tor and a sister named Norta, who both still live at Fort. She really doesn�t have an abhorrent past to speak of, just a normal Pernese one.
