Be a Good Mathematician

 

Follow these rules when using your math manipulatives

 

1.     These are not toys.  Mathematicians call these materials manipulatives or math tools.

 

 

2.   These math tools NEVER go into your mouth, pocket, or are taken home.

 

 

3.    Math tools are never to be tossed or thrown.

 

 

4.   Only responsible mathematicians are lucky enough to use these math tools!

 

 

5.   Use the math tools the way the teacher demonstrates.
