| This is Chou Fei Hong's AOA. My dad, Shr Ti Fun, did the calligraphy and I painted the bamboo. This is a traditional Chinese scroll. The calligraphy & painting is done on orange dyed rice paper with flecks of gold leaf, which is mounted on silk that was then mounted on rice paper. In the top left hand corner is Chou Fei Hong's name with my dad's studio seal under it. In the center is a poem which says, "Work, if you do not work, you cannot grow. The road, if you do not travel down the road, you will not arrive". Below the poem is my dad's name and his personal seal. In the bottom right hand corner is the date and my name with my personal seal below it. |
