An hour later, Rapyd was in the tank,
wearing short shorts and a very skimpy tank top.
"What
the hell is this stuff they make us wear in here?! Its sooo embarrassing,
especially with Vegeta in the tank right next to me. Oh yea, the doctors say
less clothing helps you heal faster. Now its either that or the doctors are
perverted freaks," Rapyd thought.
"Bleep!
Bleep! Patients healed. All doctors return to medical stations," the
computer said. A couple of doctors ran into where the rejuvenation tanks were.
A doctor pressed a button on the computer, and the water drained out of the two
tanks.
"Blah!
Get this off me!" Rapyd said, ripping off the breathing mask. Vegeta did
the same.
"Now
where are my clothes!?" Rapyd demanded. Vegeta stifled a laugh.
"Right
in that room," a doctor said, pointing to a door. Vegeta and Rapyd walked
over, opened the door, and walked into the room.
"What
were you laughing at?" Rapyd asked firmly.
"You!"
Vegeta said now bursting out in laughter. The doctors were still outside the
door.
"Do
you here that?" a doctor said.
"The
prince is...laughing!" another said.
"And
why am I so funny?" Rapyd asked. Vegeta's face turned scarlet.
"Heehee.
Because of what you're wearing," Vegeta said. Rapyd raised her eyebrows.
"You
shouldn't be talking," she said pointing to the boxers Vegeta was wearing.
"Hey,
I'm proud of my official Super Saiyan boxers. Boxers of Champions," Vegeta
countered.
"Humph,"
was Rapyd's response, crossing her arms.
"Well
I'm gonna get dressed. I really don't like standing around talking in my
underwear," Vegeta said. "But you can stay like that," he added
quietly.
"I
heard that!" Rapyd yelled, running over and punching Vegeta in the face.
He fell on the ground. Rapyd stopped.
"You're
enjoying this, aren't you?" Rapyd asked. Vegeta smiled.
"Yep,"
he replied. Rapyd walked back over to where her clothes were.
"That's
it. You can't make fun of me if I have clothes on," Rapyd said, sliding
the blue spandex on. Vegeta sighed a happy sigh and got up and put his clothes
on. Rapyd sat down on the counter and started putting her white boots on.
Vegeta grabbed his boots and slid down to where Rapyd was sitting.
"If
you're here to bug me then go back to where you were," Rapyd said.
"That's
not what I came down here to tell you," Vegeta said solemnly.
"Well
then what?" Rapyd asked.
"I
just wanted to tell you that...that you look good in your underwear!"
Vegeta said, laughing again. Rapyd did an anime fall, then got up and slapped
Vegeta upside the head.
"Come
on, lets go," Rapyd said, walking out the door they came in. Vegeta
followed. The doctors were still out there talking to themselves.
"The
prince WAS laughing," said a doctor as they walked out of the hospital
wing.
A couple months later...
"Vegeta,
tomorrow we turn 13, and that's when I begin my Dimension Key training,"
Rapyd said.
"That's
important," said Vegeta.
"Yea,
I know, but...I really won't have much time to see you anymore," Rapyd
said, looking down at her feet.
"Come
with me, Rapyd," Vegeta said, walking away. Rapyd trailed along
g. They walked until they reached the front of the
palace. Vegeta walked outside and flew in the air.
"Vegeta...remember
what happened last time?" Rapyd questioned.
"Just
come on. We're not going in the city," Vegeta said. Rapyd flew
towards Vegeta.
The sun was setting and the sky was turning dark red as the two flew together.
Finally they reached their destination. They landed.
"Wow!
Its beautiful!" Rapyd said, looking around. They were up on a mountain
above the city. She looked around the mountain. There were some trees and a
stream. Rapyd sat down, pulling her knees to her chest.
"How
did you ever find this?" Rapyd asked.
"I
don't know. I just figured I'd find a place," Vegeta said, sitting
down next to her. It was nighttime and the sky had
turned dark blue.
"There's
so many stars," Rapyd said, staring up at the sky.
"Yea,"
Vegeta agreed. Rapyd sighed.
"What?" Vegeta asked.
"I never thought my dreams would come true. And
yet, here I am, sitting on a
mountaintop
with the Prince of Saiyans," Rapyd said, smiling.
Vegeta turned to look at her.
"She's so beautiful" Vegeta
thought, staring at Rapyd. Rapyd looked up into Vegeta's eyes. Vegeta placed his hand on her cheek.
"Vegeta..."
Rapyd began. He leaned over and passionately kissed her lips. Rapyd put her
arms around the Prince and returned the fiery kiss. Vegeta pulled back and put
his arms around Rapyd.
"I
hope I'll still have time for this," Rapyd whispered. Vegeta hugged her
and kissed the top of her head.
"We'd
better head home. You need to rest for tomorrow," Vegeta said. Rapyd
nodded. They got up and flew back to the castle.
Rapyd walked in the room where Vegeta was waiting.
"Hi
Rapyd," he said ,"this is my wife," he pointed to a woman with a
dragon tail.
"B-but
I thought you loved me," Rapyd said uncertainly.
"I
do," another Vegeta said, walking behind her.
"T-two
Vegetas? Whats happening?!"
Rapyd sat up in her bed, the sheets sweaty and balled
up around her.
"Just
a dream," Rapyd muttered then sighed.
"Well, I'm thirteen today. Time to begin the
Dimension Key training Rapyd thought. She threw her covers back and hopped
out of bed. She walked over to her closet and took out her normal attire. She
slid off her pajamas and slipped on the blue spandex.
"Mom,
I'm up," Rapyd said, walking out of her room. Seikai was sitting in a
chair holding a staff with the Dimension Key on the top.
"Good.
We'll train in here, it's large enough," Seikai said, standing up.
"First
I'm going to give you the power of the Dimension Key, so you'll be able to use
the Key and Staff," Seikai said walking over to Rapyd. She held up the
staff and touched Rapyd's forehead with the Key. A golden glow came flowing out
of Seikai and went through the staff to Rapyd.
"I
don't feel any different," Rapyd said, looking over herself.
"That's
because I still need to teach you about the Dimension Key. I've only given you
the ability to control the Key and speak the Dimension Key language,"
Seikai explained.
"Now
to create a portal to another Dimension you just need to hold out the Key,
speak in the Dimension Key language and name the Dimension you want to go to.
Try going to the core dimension. Thats where all the Dimensions
originate," Seikai explained holding the Dimension Key and Staff to Rapyd.
"But
how do I talk in the Dimension Key language?" asked Rapyd.
"Just
think about speaking it. Don't worry," said Seikai.
"Dimension Key power! Create a portal to the Core
Dimension!" Rapyd shouted. A bright yellowish orangeish
ball appeared in front of Rapyd.
"That's the portal. To travel to the other Dimension, just step into the portal," Seikai said. Rapyd nodded and stepped through the portal to another Dimension...
