Rapyd was worried. She was eight years
old, now. Her mother had been gone for two months. When she had left she told
Rapyd that she was going to go visit some friends but she never said she would
be gone for this long.
"Oh
well," Rapyd thought. She and Vegeta had become friends, and they often
trained together. Rapyd stepped out on the balcony. The morning wind swept
through her hair. She looked down into the courtyard. She and Vegeta didn't
train there, but he usually waited for her down there. No sign of Vegeta yet.
Knock knock!! Rapyd walked over and opened the door.
"Hi
Rapyd," Vegeta said.
"Hi.
What're you doing here?" Rapyd asked, since he normally was in the
courtyard.
"Good
news," Vegeta said, walking in the room.
"What?"
asked Rapyd.
"My
father just told me that we can go conquer a planet together!" Vegeta said
excitedly. Rapyd smiled.
"Yeay!
When are we leaving?" asked Rapyd.
"Tonight,
but we need to go get the briefing now," Vegeta said.
"Okay.
But my mom isn't here so she won't know where I am," Rapyd said.
"She's
been gone for two months now, right? There's not much chance she'll be coming
back soon," said Vegeta.
"Hmm,
you're right. Lets go!" Rapyd said as they ran out the door.
"The
planet you both are going to is the planet Ojhana; home planet of the Ojhanens. Your mission: To wipe out
the Ojhanens and make the planet suitable to sell," the officer said.
Rapyd and Vegeta nodded.
"Good
luck then," the officer said as they walked to their space pods.
"See
you when we get there!" Vegeta said, climbing into his pod.
"See
you!" Rapyd replied, climbing into her pod. The pods blasted off, and they
were on their long journey.
Rapyd
yawned and opened her eyes. She had had a nice, three and a half month long, nap. She looked out the window.
Vegeta's pod was in front of hers.
"He
should be just waking up now, too," Rapyd thought. The planet Ojhana
loomed in front of them. The pods started tilting towards the planet. Fire
surrounded the pods as they entered the atmosphere. KA-BOOM! Her pod shook as
they landed. Rapyd opened the door and walked out. She ran over to where Vegeta
was getting out of his pod.
"Hey
Vegeta!" Rapyd greeted.
"Hey.
Listen, we'd better get to work. The sooner we finish the sooner we can go
home," Vegeta said. Rapyd nodded her head.
"So
where is everyone?" Rapyd said, climbing out of the crater their pods had
formed.
"I
donno. Maybe we landed on a deserted part of the planet," Vegeta replied,
climbing out after her.
"Here.
Put this on," Vegeta said, tossing her a scouter.
Rapyd put on the scouter. Vegeta put another one on.
"Now
lets see if there's any high power
levels on this planet," Vegeta said, pressing the button on his scouter.
Rapyd did the same.
"Hmm.
The highest power level is 548. This should be easy," Rapyd said.
"Okay
then, lets go," Vegeta said. They leaped into the air and flew off.
"That
looks like a good place to start," Rapyd said, pointing to a large
city. Vegeta nodded.
"Gallet
gun fire!!!" Vegeta yelled, firing his gallet gun down at the city. There
was a large blast, and when the dust settled, the city was completely leveled.
"Well
that was easy," Vegeta said, wiping off his hands.
"Vegeta,
that high power level is coming this way," Rapyd said.
"Good.
There'll be a fight," Vegeta replied.
The person came closer and closer until he stopped in front of them.
"What
the hell do you guys think you're doing?" The guy asked.
"Just
carrying out orders, like we were told," Vegeta said calmly.
"B-but
this planet is protected under Freeza's treaty," the guy said. That got
Vegeta's attention.
"Are
you sure?" Vegeta asked.
"Positive,"
the guy said. Vegeta growled.
"Grrr...That can't be true! Why would they send
us on this mission in the first place??!!!" Vegeta fumed. The guy slowly powered up.
"Vegeta
look out!" Rapyd cried as the guy launched a Ki blast at Vegeta. Vegeta
dodged it just in time.
"Jeeze,
Vegeta, this dude's power level has gone up to 821! Careful!" Rapyd said.
"Ha,"
Vegeta said.
"I'm
Raul and I'm an Ojhana-jin! I will not allow my planet to be taken over by
Saiyans!" Raul said.
"So
you're saying that you really aren't a part of Freeza's Treaty?" Rapyd
asked.
"The
Ojhana-jin accept help from no one!" Raul said.
"Well
I guess that solves our problem," Vegeta said.
"Now
we can go all out on him," Rapyd said.
"Yaaaaaaahhhh!!!"
Rapyd and Vegeta screamed, powering up. Raul trembled a bit.
"Still
want to fight us?" Rapyd asked mockingly.
"Rrrrr..."Raul
replied.
"Hehehe.
Let me make the first move," Vegeta said to Rapyd.
"Okay,
but I get to finish him off," she replied. Vegeta flew towards Raul,
punching him. Raul flew back. Vegeta disappeared then reappeared behind Raul
and kicked him up in the air.
"Your
move Rapyd!" Vegeta yelled.
"EeeeeYA!!!" Rapyd yelled, firing a Ki blast at Raul.
There was a bright flash, and then Raul was on a one way trip to the next
dimension.
"Well
that wasn't too hard," Vegeta said.
"I didn't even break a sweat," Rapyd replied. They laughed, then flew off to wreck more havoc on Ojhana.
