La Manipulacion Bajo Anestesia(MBA)

Manipulation under anesthesia is an important tool for the chiropractor. It affords the patient with a severely chronic condition such as herniated disk,  adhesions of the joint capsules,  myofascitis, or failed back surgery a treatment procedure that will help them. MUA has been proven to resolve 85% of disk problems. Disk pain with sciatica will be resolved within 24 hours.

La manipulacion bajo la anestesia es un herramiento muy importante adentro el armamento de tratamientos que tiene el quiropractico. La MBA ofrece al paciente cronico con condiciones tal como de disco herniado, adherencias en las coyenturas, miofasitis, o la cirugia de la espalda que ha fallada, un tratamiento que ayudara. Los estudios hechos demuestran que la MBA puede resolver 85% de los casos del disco herniado. Dolor por problema del disco con dolor de ciatica se resuelve en 24 horas.

This procedure is done in a hospital with the assistance of an anesthesiologist. The procedure is relatively painless and improves the mobility of the patient in cases where the changes in soft tissue have created a severe limitation in the patient's movement.

El procedimiento se hace en el hospital con la asistencia de un medico anastesiologo. El tratamiento es relativamente libre de dolor y presta gran mejorias al movilidad del paciente en los casos donde los cambios en los tejidos suaves han creado una limitacion in la abilidad del paciente a mover.

The procedure is covered by most medical insurance plans. It is an ambulitory procedure. That means that there is no overnight stay in the hospital. However, the patient needs to be escorted home after the anesthesia since they can not drive on their own. El procedimiento esta cubierto por la mayoria de los seguros medicos. Es un tratamiento ambulotorio.
