| The town home that Jeromie has called his home since January, 1997, has been sold in anticipation of his and Bobbie's new home that will be built in 2001. Jeromie's townhome sold yesterday for $142,000.00 (which was quite a profit, since he bought it for $87,500.00). The townhome was located in the Highland View complex on South University Boulevard in Littleton. This marks another stepping stone in the transition in his life. He will be married in March click here for details. Then, he and Bobbie will move into their new house, scheduled to finish construction in spring or early summer of 2001. He is currently staying with Bobbie in her townhome in Parker, which coincidentally was built by the same builder in the same year.
