            Yet another McCarthy original recipe.  Made in Mississippi, I do not think I have a record of it.  It came out OK, slightly more bitter than I wanted, but overall it was a pretty flavorful beer that was also nice and light.  Like a MEGA SWILL beer than has flavor, but better.  Overall, for the effort and end result it is just as well that I did not keep a record.
