TEDD  P. GILLESPIE, a resident of New Mexico since his birth in Springer on November 19, 1929, died peacefully in his sleep Monday, January 12, 2004. Preceded in death by his wife, Laurita, he leaves his children Amy and Peter Gillespie, and his grandsons Brian Gillespie & Rex Hoeltke. His family members, Florence Gillespie and Margy Wienbar of Albuquerque, and Alice Hoeltke of Stanley, and Sally Walker of Alamogordo, will remember him as a quiet, creative and talented craftsman.  He retired in 1994 after being a lifelong member of Bricklayers Local #2. He loved the outdoors, and a daily crossword puzzle. Creation & enrichment have occurred. BRIGGS ANDREW GILLESPIE, 87, of San Diego, CA died January 26th, 2004. He was born in Cherokee Co, NC, and was a police officer for the San Diego State University. He was retired from the Navy, and served during WWII. He was a member of the Experimental Aircraft Association. Survivors include:  his sister, Nora Katherine Vance of Florida, and brothers Dan Gillespie of Kensington, MD and John Gillespie of Silver Springs, MD. KENNETH ROBERTSON GILLESPIE - Peacefully at Shaver Hospital in St. Catharines on Saturday, March 20, 2004. Kenneth Gillespie of Heritage Village in Vineland in his 78th year. Husband of the late Fay Marguerity (1999). Dear father of Peter, Richard, and  David and grandfather of Andrew, Mark, Susan, Andy and Sarah. Predeceased by brothers, Robert and William. He will be sadly missed by his family and friends. Cremation has taken place. The family will receive friends at the Vineland Chapel of the Tallman Funeral Homes, 3277 King St. on Friday, March 26th from 7-9pm. A Memorial Service will be held in the Chapel on Saturday, March 27th at 11 am.

Otis Thompson Gillespie died July 31, 2004 at his home on the Blue Sky Ranch in Penrose,  CO. He was born Dec 25, 1907 in Albany, MO to James Albert and Minnie Ester (Simmons) Gillespie. He married May Carter on Sept 2, 1930 in Colorado Springs, CO. He worked the wheat harvest in Kansas and toiled in the Texas oil fields before becoming a life-long rancher. he was preceed in death by his wife, an infant son, Kirk, his parents, two brothers Marion and Forrest, and a sister Adeline Cunningham. He is survived by his daughter Patricia Anda, and sister Martha Irvine. Cremation. Ashes scattered at ranch and also some at Beaver Park Cemetery in Penrose.
