I don't know exactly who or what this guy is. Made out of spare parts & leftover figures, i think it turned out fairly well. It was originally inspired by SGT Savage's Custom Combat Medic at G.I. Joe Re-filed.

Ingredients:
HEAD: Frostbite (version 4, 2002)
TORSO/ARMS: Shadow Viper (version 1, 2001)
WAIST/LEGS: Zartan (version 3, 2001).
