STRAWBERRY BREAD
3 Cups all purpose flour
1 teaspoon baking soda
1 teaspoon salt
2 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
1 Cup sugar
Layer the ingredients in the order given into a wide-mouth 1 quart canning jar. Pack each layer in place before adding the next ingredient. Attach a gift tag with the mixing and baking directions.
MIXING AND BAKING DIRECTIONS
1 jar Strawberry Bread Mix
20 oz frozen strawberries, thawed slightly
4 eggs, slightly beaten
1 1/4 Cup oil
Preheat the oven to 350 degrees. In a large bowl, place the Strawberry Bread Mix. Make a well in the center. Mix wet ingredients and pour into dry mixture. Stir until the mixture is blended. Spoon the batter into either 2 large greased loaf pans or 4 small greased loaf pans. Bake large loaves for 1 hour or small loaves for 45 minutes. Cool in the pan on a wire rack before removing.
