SPICED MOCHA COFFEE
1 cup instant coffee granules
1 1/2 cup unsweetened cocoa
1 1/2 cup powdered instant dry milk
1 Tbsp ground cinnamon
2 Tbsp dried orange peel
In a large bowl, combine the above ingredients and stir until the mixture is well blended. Place mix in a wide-mouth 1 quart canning jar. Attach a gift tag with directions on how to prepare the coffee.
COOKING DIRECTIONS:
To make one serving:
1 Tbsp Spiced Mocha Coffee Mix
6 oz (3/4 cup) boiling water
Shaved chocolate, optional
Place the Spiced Mocha Coffee Mix in a mug. Pour the boiling water over the mixture. Stir until the mixture is completely dissolved. If desired, garnish with shaved chocolate.
