DOUBLE CHOCOLATE HOT COCOA
2/3 cup powdered coffee creamer
2/3 cup milk chocolate chips
2/3 cup powdered sugar
2/3 cup powdered chocolate flavored drink mix
2/3 cup powdered instant dry milk
1 1/3 cup mini marshmallows
In a large bowl, combine the above ingredients and stir until the mixture is well blended. Place mix in a wide-mouth 1 quart canning jar. Attach a gift tag with directions on how to prepare the coffee.
COOKING DIRECTIONS:
To make one serving:
2 Tbsp Double Chocolate Hot Cocoa Mix
8 oz (1 cup) boiling water
Marshmallows, optional
Place the Double Chocolate Hot Cocoa Mix in a mug. Pour the boiling water over the mixture. Stir until the mixture is completely dissolved. If desired, garnish with additional marshmallows.
