CHOCOLATE MINT COFFEE
1 cup plus 2 Tbsp powdered coffee creamer
1 1/2 cup sugar
1 cup plus 2 Tbsp instant coffee granules
6 Tbsp unsweetened cocoa
9 hard peppermint candies, crushed
In a large bowl, combine the above ingredients and stir until the mixture is well blended. Place mix in a wide-mouth 1 quart canning jar. Attach a gift tag with directions on how to prepare the coffee.
COOKING DIRECTIONS:
To make one serving:
1 1/2 Tbsp Chocolate Mint Coffee Mix
6 oz (3/4 cup) boiling water
Whipped cream and candy cane, optional
Place the Chocolate Mint Coffee Mix in a mug. Pour the boiling water over the mixture. Stir until the mixture is completely dissolved. If desired, garnish with whipped cream and and stir drink with a candy cane.
