Baked Chicken Grande
7 pieces skinless, boneless chicken
1 can stewed tomatoes
1 bell pepper
1 lb. fresh mushrooms
Butter
Garlic or Garlic Salt
Salt & Pepper
Preheat oven to 450 degrees.
Place chicken in baking dish. Don't forget the non-stick cooking spary!! (makes clean up LOTS easier!)
Season chicken with butter & garlic. Add can of stewed tomatoes on top of chicken. Slice bell pepper & mushrooms. Add on top of tomatoes & chicken. Season with butter, garlic, salt & pepper to taste. Cover (with dish lid or foil...just make sure it's completely sealed) & bake for 1 hour.
Serves 4 or 5...or 7 if you use whole chicken
breasts ;). Great with rice!
