In 1983, I became the president of the Missionary Baptist Youth Fellowship at the early stage of the fellowship at that time.  On the left side, is a picture of me standing and leading while at the ride side are seated on the front, Bro. Sonny Agot, (now Missionary in Manila) Bro. Joel Nepomuceno(Presently director of Cebu MBIS), and Bro. Solomon Travilla (Now the Director of the Luzon MBIS) at their younger looks.

I had already started leading missions before I entered the seminary in 1986. I was the first batch of students of the Philippine Missionary Baptist Seminary which just started at the same time I entered. 

It was also in the late 80s that I started a Student Fellowship.  The first Missionary Baptist Student Fellowship in the Philippines.  It is a Fellowship in the Word.  This is the same time that I started a Fellowship Baptist Mission in Davao City.

In my second year at the seminary, (late 80s) I and my friend Bro. Jun became a student-teacher. Upon graduating from the seminary, I continued to teach there as one of the faculty member until I went to do mission in Luzon in 1991.
