"I was very delighted to know that we teenagers are provided with such an opportunity to investigate crucial issues in today's world. It is absolutely a new experience for me to be able to work with an overseas school, especially in such a large-scale project. It is exiciting to know how schools in another country approach global problems as we might have different focuses due to the differences in our cultures, from choosing our research topic to coming up with solutions. This project has given me a chance to know some new friends, yet to be met, while widening my horizon. "

"Nice time working with this team. I have learnt more about AIDS and Avian Influenza. Also I found out that we ourselves can actually help contribute to the society by promoting the prevention of outbreaks of these infectious diseases. Moreover, I discovered that our society isn't quite aware of the current situation in developing countries and the high potential of serious outbreaks of infectious diseases. I hope that throught this website, we can arouse the awareness of the public of this global issue and help make the world a happier place to live in."
