You will need to get a Troop Camp Application.  You may obtain one by calling Council at 1-800-326-0309 ext. 266 and speak with Slvanna Lee-Smith.  You should also call and book your site at camp at the same time. Also, you should ask for a copy of the Equestrian Handbook for each girl in your troop & a troop sharing application form.  This needs to be done 4 months in advance of your desired travel date. 

Once your form arrives, fill it out completly and have it signed by your NSUD.  You must have a copy of the OPF & FA cards to obtain the signiture.  You keep a copy, your NSUD keeps a copy & the remainder is sent to Council

(this is for the patch that you may earn for camping with another troop)

Individual or Group Horse Applications

Photocopy of your First Aider's CPR & FA cards (front & back)

Photocopy of your OPF's card (front & back)

Check for payment of deposit
