You need to:
file a trip application
six months in advance of your trip.  You will need to call the Council Office at 1-800-326-0309 and ask for Sylvanna Lee-Smith at ext. 266.  Ask her to mail you an application.  This will then need to be filled out and signed by your NSUD.  There are three copies: one goes to you, one to your NSUD, and the remainder is mailed back to Council. 

Attach a copy of your OPF's current
training card (front & back)

Attach a copy of your First Aider's
current training card (front & back)

If you are using public or chartered transportation (bus, plane, or boat) the carrier must provide proof of insurance to GSMD.  You must attach this to the application.

On the trip you must have:

Drivers who are registered with Girl Scouts
and properly licenced and insured.
Are you planning on swiming or other water related activities?
