For all trips that are to Alaska, Hawaii, or abroad to any other country other than the U.S. or Canada you must fill out a trip application at least 18 months in advance.  These may be obtained from the Council Office by calling 1-800-326-0309

You will need to send GSMD Council:

A trip application signed by your NSUD.
(keep one copy, one copy goes to the NSUD, and mail the remainder to Council)

Attach a copy of your OPF's current
training card (front & back)

Attach a copy of your First Aider's
current training card (front & back)

Insurance Payment & any deposit monies due to Council (call council for more details)

The council will obtain the necessary approvals from GSUSA & the host country.

Charter transportation carrier needs to provide a proof of insurance to you.  This will need to accompany the trip application.

On the trip you will need:
Drivers who have a valid driver's licence and proof of insurance.
