Step 1: Took off the door panels on all 4 of the doors. I put in a pair of Pioneer TS-A6870R
6"x8" 3-way Speakers for the front doors and for the rear doors I put in the Kicker K57 5"x7" 2-Way Speakers. The sound difference from the stock 5x7 speakers to the new speakers was insane. The Kickerz put out a very smooth-high quality bass while the Pioneers had all the highs and mid range. Together this combination is orgasmic and is highly recommended by me. The specifications in the books said that 5x7s were the biggest that you can get in the door panels but 6x8s fit perfectly with no effort at all. Shows how much the companies know about their own models. |

Step 1: I'm in the process of making a subwoofer speaker enclosure. Still undecided on what sizes and types of speakers i want but I'm sure I will research alot before I buy them. |
