The best tailoring guide I've found is Lokari's Tailoring Guide. To get to the main page of Lokari's click on one of the links. This page includes all the basic and general tailoring information, a trivial chart, sizing guide, some quest recipes and much more.

Cultural and Velious Tailoring

Lokari's also has a section on Cultural Tailoring. In this section there is information on the Halfling, Wood Elf and Erudite race specific armor. Not only can the armor only be worn by a specific race, it can only be made by someone of that race using a special racial sewing kit. This page can be found at
