It's really
hard to put into words about Hugh O'Connor, son of actor Carroll
O'Connor. Hugh was the kind of person who gave of himself for
others while
battling his 16 year drug addiction which finally took over on
March 28, 1995
when he put a gun to his head and killed himself.
He left behind, after his death, a wife, his young son, and his
parents, not to
mention the fans who knew him as 'Lt. Lonnie Jamison' from the tv
show 'In the
Heat of the Night' which he co-starred with his father.
The fans of Hugh O'Connor will never forget him. If we keep his
memory alive in
our hearts, he will live on forever.
