Any senior from the GIHS Class of 2009 is eligible to attend the ALL NIGHT PARTY. This party is solely for the Class of 2009, therefore, no guests will be allowed.
Registered graduates must be at the GIHS parking lot at 9:45 p.m. sharp on the night of June 4, 2009. Graduates will be bussed to The Southgate YMCA. Buses will leave at 10 p.m. sharp. Graduates that are registered and do not arrive on time will not be able to attend. All graduates must ride the bus. Parents will be called if the graduate does not show up. No exceptions.
This is a lock-in. Graduates will be required to stay the duration of the evening. Graduates will be bussed back to the GIHS parking lot after the event. Departure time back to school is approximately 4:30 a.m. June 5th.
All belongings will be searched at Check In. All bags, purses, etc. will be stored in a monitored room. If anything is needed from these belongings the graduate must ask the person in charge to retrieve them. Please have bags labeled with your name.
NO ALCLHOLIC BEVERAGES, DRUGS, OR SMOKING (REGARDLESS OF AGE OF GRADUATE) WILL BE PERMITTED ON THE PREMISES. ANY PERSON ARRIVING AT THE PARTY UNDER THE INFLUENCE OF ALCOHOL OR DRUGS WILL BE REFUSED ENTRANCE AND PARENTS WILL BE CALLED TO PICK THEM UP. NO REFUNDS OR GIFTS WILL BE PROVIDED TO THAT GRADUATE.
Conduct unbecoming of a lady or a gentleman will result in a warning from the chaperones. If the conduct continues, the offender will be evicted from the party; parents will be notified to pick their child up.
Appropriate attire is required. Please bring the following items: swimming suit (trust us you will want to bring one) towel, athletic wear, and tennis shoes. Wear comfortable clothing.
Only volunteer parents who are properly signed up to work will be admitted. Please make sure parents sign up on the volunteer form.
