The GIHS Senior Class All Night Party (ANP) will be Thursday, June 4th, 2009. With the help of parents, a safe environment is provided where our kids will have a fun and memorable experience that lasts from 10 p.m. to 4 a.m. the following morning. This is the last time these graduates will experience a class function until their first reunion � five to ten years from now. It is important that we do all we can to encourage our kids to attend this safe alternative to all the other possible scenarios of graduation night.

The cost of the party is $60.00. This is a reduced fee from years past with the hope that all students will be able to attend. The $60.00 fee includes all food, beverages, transportation, entertainment, and possibly a gift card if there are extra funds.

You may pay the $60.00 fee at anytime or break it up into payments if needed. You may also wish to make an additional monetary contribution to the party as a �Contributor� which would be greatly appreciated. The Contributions Committee will seek contributions to help underwrite the cost of the party. If you or your business would like be interested in contributing, please contact me or the Contributions Chairs.

Please note that the party is a lock-in and is a no smoking, no drinking and no drug event. Graduates are bussed from the high school to the YMCA and then back to the high school after the party. Anyone who has been consuming alcohol or drugs prior to boarding the buses will not be allowed to attend. No refunds or gifts will be provided to that graduate. Please read all the rules with your sons and/or daughter so there will be no misunderstandings about what is required of attendees. The rules are to ensure a safe and enjoyable evening for all. The ANP is not a school-sponsored event.
