Comprised of two (2) lots with a total area of nearly two (2) hectares, the Satellite Parking Areas within the Residential Site will initially have about 600 parking lots for lease to residents. The Satellite Parking Areas together with the Public Transportation System are designed to promote a "park and ride" environment. The entry of private vehicles into the Residential Site and the use of private vehicles within the Residential Site will be limited. Alternatively, pedestrian and bicycle traffic will be encouraged. |
